This helps to support Watched Folder configuration where folders already contain a lot of data. You can now select files only modified in the last X days as well as those not modified in the last X days. The rules for selecting files by date have now been extended.

This has dramatically improved the processing time when running over folders that have already been processed. This means that when it encounters them again it can quickly skip the files.
